The habit tracker
you can just talk to.
Goalympics is a free AI habit tracker for iOS. Instead of tapping checkboxes every day, you say what happened — a quick text or voice note — and the AI logs it under the right habit, on the right day. Miss a week? Say so, and it fills in the days. Friends come into the loop only when you want them there.

Everything a serious habit tracker should have — minus the chore.
Logging is a sentence, not a chore
Type or say "ran 5k and read 40 pages" — the AI works out which habit, what day, and how much, then files it. One tap to undo if it heard you wrong.
Missed a week? Say so
"Last week I ran Mon, Tue and Wed" backfills all three days in one message. Coming back after a gap is a first-class flow, not a broken streak.
Habits on their own schedule
Daily, weekly, monthly, or an amount per week — each habit runs on its own cadence, and progress is computed whether you open the app or not.
Every kind of habit
Build up (read more), cut down (less caffeine), hold steady (stay in range), or quit for good (clean streak with a memory). Each gets the right ledger.
Reflection that tells the truth
A 90-day heatmap, pace against your own schedule, and candid AI insights — "you've gone quiet since June 3rd," not empty praise.
Wins are loud, slips are quiet
Share a habit with a game group and your wins fan out for cheers. The hard stuff goes only to an accountability partner you hand-pick.
Three steps from install to a habit that sticks.
1. Say the habit in your own words.
“Read a little every night.” “Run three times a week.” The AI shapes it into something trackable — the amount, the cadence, the goal it belongs to — and reads it back in plain language you can edit.
2. Live your life; mention it when you feel like it.
A one-liner today, a catch-up next Sunday — either works. The journal files each note under the right habit and day, catches duplicates, and keeps computing your progress in between.
3. Add one piece of social gravity.
Invite friends into a game, or hand-pick an accountability partner. Wins fan out to the group for cheers; the hard stuff goes only to your partner. It converts an internal motivation problem into an external one — without public shaming.
Frequently asked questions.
What is Goalympics?
An AI goals journal for iOS. Describe a goal in plain language, then just say what happened. The AI logs it, keeps every goal's books, and shows you where you stand. Solo or with friends.
Do I have to check in every day?
No. Goals run on their own schedule: daily, weekly, monthly. Missed a week? Say 'last week I ran Mon, Tue and Wed' and all three days are backfilled.
How does AI logging work?
Type or dictate 'ran 5k yesterday'. The AI works out which goal, what date, and how much, then logs it with one-tap undo. If it's unsure, it asks one question. Duplicates never double-count.
Can friends see my slips?
Never. Wins go to your group for cheers; slips go only to an accountability partner you pick. Every goal has its own visibility dial, private by default.
Is Goalympics free?
Yes. Free on the App Store, including AI logging, all four goal types, and games with friends.
Does Goalympics work on Android?
iOS-only today. Android is on the roadmap.
