An accountability partner app
that isn't surveillance.
Goalympics pairs you with one trusted person inside a time-boxed game. They see whether you checked in today, you see the same about them, and either of you can send a quick nudge. Mutual, asynchronous, low-stakes.

Designed so the partnership survives past week three.
One-to-one pairing inside a game
Each Goalympics game lets you pair with one other player as your accountability partner. The pairing is scoped to the game (typically a quarter), so the renewal moment is built in.
Mutual goals, asymmetric content
You don't need the same goal — you both just need your own goal. One-sided accountability gets resented within a month; mutual accountability sticks.
Quick nudges, not chat
Tap once to send a voice or text nudge when your partner skips. The channel is intentionally low-bandwidth so it doesn't become a noisy social feed.
Shared check-in visibility
Your partner sees whether you checked in today — yes or no. Not what you ate or how far you ran. Presence over performance.
Time-boxed by default
Games have an end. So does the partnership. Both of you can renew, reshuffle, or step away gracefully when the quarter wraps.
Solo mode still works
If a partnership stops working, you keep your goals, streaks, and history — Goalympics never holds your data hostage to the social layer.
Frequently asked questions.
What is Goalympics?
Goalympics is a goal and habit tracking app for iOS that turns personal growth into friendly competition. You set personal goals, check in on daily habits to build streaks, and can optionally invite friends into time-boxed games where everyone tracks their own goals on a shared leaderboard.
Is Goalympics free?
Yes. Goalympics is free to download on the App Store and the core goal tracking, habit streaks, and game features are free to use.
Is Goalympics a habit tracker or a goal tracker?
Both. Goalympics treats habits as 'lead measures' under each goal — you define a goal (for example, read more), pick the habits that drive it (read 20 pages a day), and the app tracks both the daily check-ins and overall goal progress in one place.
How is Goalympics different from Habitica, Streaks, or Strides?
Most habit trackers are solo. Goalympics is built around shared games — you bring your own goals into a quarterly competition with friends, see each other on a leaderboard, send accountability nudges, and celebrate wins together. Solo tracking still works on its own; the social layer is opt-in.
Can I track habits with friends?
Yes. Create a game, invite friends with a link, and each person brings their own goals. Daily check-ins score points on a shared leaderboard, and you can pair up with an accountability partner who gets nudges when you skip a day.
Does Goalympics work on Android?
Goalympics is currently iOS-only. An Android version is on the roadmap.
What kinds of goals can I track?
Anything measurable — reading, fitness, language learning, meditation, screen time, side projects, savings, sleep, study hours. You define the lead habits and the cadence (daily, weekly, custom) and Goalympics handles streaks, reminders, and progress visualisation.
Do streaks reset if I miss a day?
Streaks reflect consistency: your streak flame grows when you check in, flickers when it needs attention, and resets if you miss your scheduled cadence. You can configure rest days and grace windows so legitimate breaks don't punish you.
