Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Goalympics ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. Description of Service

Goalympics is a goal tracking and accountability application that allows you to create personal goals, track habits and progress, and optionally compete with friends through group challenges ("Games").

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Goalympics. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (goals, check-ins, voice nudges). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. Voice nudges are shared only with your designated accountability partner.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or send inappropriate content to other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Interfere with the App's operation or infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

7. Disclaimer

Goalympics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will meet all your requirements. Goal achievement depends on your effort — we provide the tools, not the results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goalympics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
