The goal tracking app
built on lead measures.
Most goal apps track outcomes you can't act on today. Goalympics ties every goal to the daily habits that actually drive it — so the thing you do this morning is also the thing your goal is made of.

Lead measures, lag measures, and the streaks in between.
Goals with lead measures, not just deadlines
Define a goal, then attach the daily habits (lead measures) that move it forward. Track inputs and outcomes together, in one place.
Daily check-ins, weekly reviews
Daily logging is honest because the lead measure is fully in your control. Weekly summaries show whether the lead is actually predictive of the lag.
Living streaks under every goal
Each habit gets its own streak flame that grows with consistency, flickers when it needs attention, and survives a missed day with configurable grace.
Optional games with friends
Drop your goals into a quarterly game with three to ten friends. Each person tracks their own goals; the leaderboard is shared.
Accountability partners
Pair up inside a game with one trusted person. Both of you see check-in status and can send quick nudges when the other skips.
Calendar heatmap and progress visualisation
A truthful six-month view of your consistency, not a celebratory animation. Designed for honesty over flattery.
Frequently asked questions.
What is Goalympics?
Goalympics is a goal and habit tracking app for iOS that turns personal growth into friendly competition. You set personal goals, check in on daily habits to build streaks, and can optionally invite friends into time-boxed games where everyone tracks their own goals on a shared leaderboard.
Is Goalympics free?
Yes. Goalympics is free to download on the App Store and the core goal tracking, habit streaks, and game features are free to use.
Is Goalympics a habit tracker or a goal tracker?
Both. Goalympics treats habits as 'lead measures' under each goal — you define a goal (for example, read more), pick the habits that drive it (read 20 pages a day), and the app tracks both the daily check-ins and overall goal progress in one place.
How is Goalympics different from Habitica, Streaks, or Strides?
Most habit trackers are solo. Goalympics is built around shared games — you bring your own goals into a quarterly competition with friends, see each other on a leaderboard, send accountability nudges, and celebrate wins together. Solo tracking still works on its own; the social layer is opt-in.
Can I track habits with friends?
Yes. Create a game, invite friends with a link, and each person brings their own goals. Daily check-ins score points on a shared leaderboard, and you can pair up with an accountability partner who gets nudges when you skip a day.
Does Goalympics work on Android?
Goalympics is currently iOS-only. An Android version is on the roadmap.
What kinds of goals can I track?
Anything measurable — reading, fitness, language learning, meditation, screen time, side projects, savings, sleep, study hours. You define the lead habits and the cadence (daily, weekly, custom) and Goalympics handles streaks, reminders, and progress visualisation.
Do streaks reset if I miss a day?
Streaks reflect consistency: your streak flame grows when you check in, flickers when it needs attention, and resets if you miss your scheduled cadence. You can configure rest days and grace windows so legitimate breaks don't punish you.
