When you use Goalympics, we collect information you provide directly:

• Account information (name, email address)
• Goals, lead measures, check-in data, and progress metrics you create
• Game participation data (leaderboard, partner interactions)
• Voice nudges you send to partners (stored temporarily)
• Device information and push notification tokens

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Goalympics service
• Track your goals, habits, and streaks
• Enable game features (leaderboards, partner matching, nudges)
• Send push notifications (check-in reminders, partner nudges, achievements)
• Generate insights and weekly reviews about your progress

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Voice nudges are stored in encrypted cloud storage and automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We only share your data in these limited circumstances:

• With game members — your goal names, progress, and leaderboard position are visible to other participants in games you join
• With your accountability partner — check-in status and nudges
• With service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics)
• When required by law

5. Your Rights

You can request to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account from within the app, which removes all associated data.
